Whats for dinner tonight

Balsamic glazed pork, with fresh asparagus and baked potatoes (regular for the husband and a sweet one for me).   Doesn't this look good?!

It's going to be a beautiful weekend here in Raleigh.  I slept ridiculously late today (still catching up on sleep from the trip plus had a really busy week), and plan to just keep relaxing, spend some time with family and friends, and maybe get this house cleaned with the rest of my time.  What are your weekend plans?  Whatever they are, hope you have a great one!
